| going by the name "johnny rotten", this greedy bastard is the man you see if you're looking to have a good time in the city. thirsty to maintain all stock in the flow of drugs that come to vegas, and despite his overbearing personality, rotten is the distributor and, for all intents and purposes, door-to-door salesman of your #1 ticket to paradise. this incarnation of greed, one of the seven deadly sins, is an enabler, a pusher, and a troublemaker. he gets off on the exploitation of others' innermost wants and enjoys watching their lives fall to pieces. |
